Very disappointing as we were excited to dine on the roof of eatly.

Update from june 23 2017. Time lapse update from july 2017. We started with drinks at the bar waiting for our table. What a great location upstairs with the sun streaming through the glass window paned roof.

And so is the shaping of sabbia beach. Nice bar but since this place was newly created as its own restaurant and bar 2 days prior to our visit it was mass chaos. The food was great zero complaint there. Birreria is eataly s year round rooftop restaurant and microbrewery that offers the best craft beer and food under the stars and skyline.

With the roof open the blue sky and top of the flatiron building statues were visible. We lucked out and were seated in one of the secluded quiet cabanas. Eataly 039 s seasonal rooftop restaurant will transport you the italian alps. The rooftop is enclosed with clear glass that opens up on those beautiful summer days.

This view taken from the neighboring admiralty towers shows the roof level 21 levels up.
